Portline privacy policy
This policy covers the iOS and Android versions of Portline provided by Maveroni.
Information stored on your device
The app stores connection names, hosts, ports, usernames, host key fingerprints, and app settings. Generated or imported private keys and passwords you choose to save are stored in Keychain on iOS, or in encrypted files protected by Android Keystore keys on Android. Authentication passphrases are not saved.
Connections and collection
The app connects directly to the SSH servers you specify. Authentication data and commands you enter are sent to those servers. The app operator does not collect connection profiles, private keys, passwords, or terminal input and output. The app includes no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. If you use a VPN such as Tailscale, that service's own policies also apply.
Export and deletion
Exported connection profiles do not include private keys, passwords, authentication passphrases, or trusted host key records. Exports do contain hosts and usernames, so check who you share them with. You can delete connections and keys within the app. iOS Keychain items may remain after uninstalling the app; delete unwanted keys within the app.
